Since joining Huston Real Estate full-time in 2003, Wendy has built a reputation for providing thoughtful guidance, careful attention to detail, and a client-first approach throughout every step of the home-buying journey.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Davenport University—majoring in Accounting with additional studies in Communications and Mathematics—Wendy blends analytical insight with clear communication to help clients make confident, well-informed decisions. She has further strengthened her expertise through a variety of respected industry certifications, including Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI I & II), e-PRO, and Certified Residential Real Estate Probate Specialist.

She coordinates closely with the Closing Coordinator, title company, and lender to ensure a seamless transaction from the initial search to the final signing. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Wendy is deeply involved in community service and local leadership. She has served on the Johannesburg-Lewiston Area Schools Board of Education, the Cheboygan-Otsego-Presque Isle Educational Service District, the Lewiston Downtown Development Authority, and several other community-focused organizations. Her dedication to local involvement reflects her passion for supporting the growth and wellbeing of the Lewiston area.
