Founded in 1948 by Marion D. "Aunt Mickey" Huston, Huston Real Estate has grown from a small family-run brokerage into one of Northern Michigan's most trusted names in recreational and residential real estate. Marion built the company on hard work, honesty, and a true commitment to serving the Lewiston area—values that became the foundation of a multigenerational legacy. Her nephew, Mark Huston, joined in 1967, and was soon followed by her son, Bruce, in 1970. After Bruce's retirement in 1990, Mark carried the torch until passing the business to his son, Shawn, in 1999. Now a third-generation owner, Shawn leads Huston Real Estate with his wife, Wendy, preserving the company's long-standing reputation for integrity, local expertise, and exceptional client care.
