As Broker/Owner of Huston Real Estate, I manage the daily activities of the office and ensure that all transactions are handled in a professional and proactive manor so as to best safeguard my customers’ needs and desires.  My duties involve listing new properties and working with those sellers to make sure their listings are competitive and current in the market.  Additionally, working with all negotiations of offers and then following through on the transaction to ensure seamless closings.
